Robin’s practice covers employment, discrimination, family, education, and probate matters in Indianapolis. Many of her clients are employees who wish to pursue claims against employers. Notably, she has worked for both sides of the employment litigation process, and her familiarity with the procedure gives her an edge.
Robin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the California State University at Northridge, CA, with a major in Sociology. She received her J.D. from Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. Robin has been admitted to practice throughout Indiana and in the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. With her invaluable expertise and experience, she has taught continuing legal education courses and presented in seminars on civil rights, employment, housing discrimination, and conflict resolution.
She was Staff Attorney with the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, advocating for clients who have experienced employment and housing discrimination. Robin also served as a defense attorney with the City of Indianapolis and a Counsel for a Fortune 100 corporation. She is very knowledgeable about the administrative processes involved with local, state, and federal EEO agencies and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Robin is a staunch advocate of individuals living with AIDS or HIV and has assisted them in protecting their right to be free of illegal discrimination.
